ABOUT:
Noorul Islam Centre for teaching –Noorul Islam University - comprising of Noorul Islam school of Engineering as its constituent teaching unit , has been declared as a Deemed-to-be-University by Ministry of Human Resource Development (Department of upper Education), Government of Asian nation beneath section three of UGC Act, 1956 , on the recommendation of UGC ,vide Notification No.F.9-51/2004-U.3 dated 8th Dec 2008.The University is go by the Noorul Islam Center for teaching (NICHE) Society with Janab Dr. A.P. Majeed Khan as president of the Society ,NISCE and also the Chancellor of the University, NIU.


    The university field at Kumaracoil , Thuckalay in kanyakumari District of Tamilnadu ,is within the serene and plush inexperienced base of Velimalai, a spectacular a part of Western steps Hills close to the traditionally celebrated Padmanabhapuram Palace. it's only 1.5 kilometre interior towards the foothills of the mountains from Kumaracoil Junction on the Kanyakumari Thiruvanthapuram National main road (NH-47)- concerning 30 kilometre from Kanyakumari and 60 kilometre from Trivandrum , capital town of state of Kerala.
